ZERO STARS! Our experience in this hospital was TERRIBLE! Also AURORA/ADVOCATE'S Administrative services are PURPOSELY SET UP SO YOU CANNOT EVER REACH A PERSON IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT WHO ACTUALLY HAS THE CAPABILITY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES! MANAGER IS SUPPOSED TO RETURN CALLS IN 48 HOURS, TWO WEEKS HAS PASSED STILL NO CALL BACK FROM MANAGER! NEVER AGAIN, WE WILL NEVER USE AURORA/ADVOCATE EVER AGAIN! Lucky he wasn't dying and the bleeding was now minimal from his wound. We swear it was a clinic where people had appointments and not an ER. Anyway after almost 3hrs he was sick of waiting and we left.
