Update: They turned me away in an ambulance upon arrival and sent me to Green Bay without stabilizing me and ended up losing an organ. Update 8/2018: Filed complaint with state. Dr. Sorensen Didn't treat my toxic lab level just released me and ended up sicker at another ER where was told my earlier labs were off. No one at Aurora said this from the doctor to the nurse. Stopped for several reasons including difficulty breathing, have been having trouble for weeks worried its more than an URI, never even listened to my lungs. Too distracted from headache and tooth pain to even think of it. Felt extremely rushed. Reviewed my after visit summary, theres not even a mention of difficulty with breathing or URI even though I mentioned it to 4 different people....

extremely rude staff. Still waiting on a call to schedule an appointment from over a year ago.(obviously i sought different care after a month of waiting) Make the trip to greenbay and you probably save yourself from a heart attack.

Wonderful same day surgery team for total knee surgery. Dr DiRaimando for surgery, his PA, and the anesthesiologist Noah for saddle block& adductor block were top notch; 2 nurses Dave for pre-op and the kind lady for postop were also awesome. Plenty of presurgery videos, in-person prehab ex’s, papers, answered all questions. Erin for PT was great, too. Highly recommend this center for orthopedics and esp same day surgery.
