I went to the ED for pain. They kept me in observation overnight. The next morning I met with Dr. Strunets. He had seen me over 4 yrs ago for an unrelated topic. The first thing he brought up when entering the room was our past encounter, which had nothing to do with why I was there. He didn't inform me of MRI results, he just said nothing was wrong, which was not the case. I left because he disrespected me numerous times and I realized I wasn't going to receive proper treatment. katie hanke is awesome. best neuro “doctor” i’ve ever had. generally a good place to start. staff is usually attentive. everyone has a bad day. physical therapy should realize patients can hear them, be more in tune. i recommend aurora medical in grafton.

Just here to say I had my new born a couple days ago and I was in Grafton, SOME GOOD STAFF! All the nurses are extremely knowledgeable and extremely nice. Maggie was our nurse when my baby born and she’s the best. Honestly all the nurses over in Grafton LDRP are the best nurses I could ever come across. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done for us.

ER. 2/24/2026. I REALLY REALLY want to give a 5 star review. The medical care was pretty darn good. BUT..BUT..BUT.. the security staff...so many issues I dont even know where to start. Huge waste of money watching 2 security not do security but actually causing issues. I may not use this location due to the 2 raciest and sexist security. Not sue how to feel about this.
