Never been more disappointed in this emergency room. my mother went in with extremely high blood pressure and slurred speech, possible stroke. They said they needed to transport her to a different hospital but she sat in the ER room for OVER 12 hours!!!!! Not Impressed AT ALL!!! Will never go there again!
Most of the receptionists have horrible people skills and are rude. Do you think I’m here because I want to be? How about a little compassion or a smile.
Tried setting up a payment plan, and person was kind of rude. She was not friendly. I told her I could pay $75/month on a $500 bill. I explained that I had other larger medical coming from om them and that I needed to balance it out so I could make all payments. She told me was not possible. Keep in mind I have paying them thousands of dollars a year and always have them paid off by years end. Now they will not be getting any money and they can waste their money paying a collection agency.

Tell me I have a 1040 apt get there and say it was 1020 have to reschedule. Wasted my time will never come back!
Took my granddaughter to the clinic for a cough and cold that she had for about 2weeks. Nothing wrong ok, but how can you say that when you never looked in her ears or throat? Why should we have to pay money to tell them what to check? Then a script is given?? I know she's pregnant with twins but don't work if you don't want to get close to people thinking you might catch something!!! Walkin clinic is not good or worth it if you need to go again to see your regular Dr.
