Best Hydrafacial around! Elmira is truly the facial queen — the entire experience was absolutely delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to feel completely pampered. What made the experience even better was working with Hala, who took the time to customize a plan that fit my needs perfectly. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best results possible.

I received laser hair removal at Aurora Medi Spa and was very pleased with the entire process. Everyone is so kind, the office is very clean, and scheduling was easy. Would definitely recommend and will probably book another service sometime in the future!
From the moment I walked in I was so impressed. The staff was so welcoming and kind and made sure to address and educate me in my concerns. Desi, Julie, and Hala were all so sweet and encouraging during the procedure. Dr. Hubert we was so kind and made sure I knew what I was getting, where and for what reason.
