Special thanks to the Aurora Veterinary Clinic in particular Dr. Matlock, Kathryn Elizabeth Alger, Chris, Kelsey Arnold, Fran and Heather. These wonderful friends made such a difficult day bearable. These are some of the most professional, kindest, caring and empathetic people you will ever meet. I am grateful for your compassion during Tiffy's passing. the only reason we stayed this long is because of the vets!! but to be honest I'm done with the pharmacy refill line. they just had me on hold for 40 mins to talk to the practice manager, who wasn't even there. I usually don't do reviews but this has happened to us multiple times and our dog Jessie has seizures who depends on her medicine. I'm truly disappointed this is how they treat loyal customers.
We love Dr. Z and the extraordinary care our dog Mardi receives every time he is there. We love the entire staff...they truly are dedicated and caring. 😍
Always willing to help fit you in their schedule. All Three offices are great! I feel they really care about our babies.
