I have had a different experience than reh2014, but still dissatisfied. I personally love Tonya at the front. She always remembers me and my kids and is always really kind. The nurse practitioner, Lisa Lumley, on the other hand, is anything but. I saw Lisa my very fist visit, not my primary care doctor interestingly enough. She wasn't very compassionate or friendly. She just wanted me in and out and then follow-up visits for more money. I went there for 2 years despite her, but will not be returning.
Apparently at Aurora Internal Medicine, dealing with incompetent receptionists is the price you must pay for decent healthcare. The doctors at this practice are fabulous (particularly Victoria Leibman, their P.A.), and and each visit I've been treated thoroughly by very personable doctors. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the front desk service.
