I found the sonographer very professional knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. Really was an easy calm experience visiting Aurora
I had my ultrasound done this morning and the whole process went smoothly. Dr Shin Lee did a very detailed ultrasound and gave me a lot of explanation. I have the most calming experience here.
I've never felt more cared for in a healthcare environment. I had a deep infiltrating endometriosis ultrasound with Kylie earlier in the year. She was incredibly trauma-informed, explaining what she was doing at each stage and asking for consent each time. She explained to me what she found in the appointment, with so much validation and kindness. I've now had my excision surgery and the team's notes were really helpful in knowing what to expect. Thank you!
This clinic deserves 100 stars and not only 5. My journey at Aurora started when I came to get a third opinion on a neural tube defect diagnosis with my first pregnancy, thats when I saw that they are experts at what they do and everyone made me feel comfortable and were so kind to me during the very difficult time, I then decided to come here for all the major pregnancy scans so I followed through to my second and now my third pregnancy with Aurora - have been visiting since 2024.
