In a very competitive market Pamela helped us navigate through the purchase of our first home in Colorado. We had heard many stories from friends giving up because the market is just too competitive. We were able to find and purchase a home in plenty of time before our apartment lease expired. She made sure we were comfortable in our new home even after the purchase and that everything was in working order. I would definitely recommend Pamela. She definitely came through for us even when things could have been difficult.

A year later when looking for a new home, we engaged Pamela's services again. She was incredibly responsive. If we saw a home come up on a listing she met us there the same day!
