RecommendedThe staff here are amazing and extremely responsive. I've read some of the other reviews and I don't see how they could say things like their rude and not good at their job. I have called multiple times in a day asking random questions about my two dogs and they have either answered my Qs or called me back right away with answers. Mary is the rudest receptionist I have ever met in my life! She accused me of being late for an appointment that she set up for me. As soon as I walked in she snapped at me to let me know I was supposed to be there at 4:20 not 4:30 even though she assured me 4:30 would be fine when we originally spoke. What I’m shocked about is that I was a first time client, she didn’t even ask me my name! I did not see the vet. They are the best! Always keeping us informed of all possible options and outcomes. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I don't know how anyone can put a price on quality care for those job love most. Dr Reilly is the best!
My experience with Dr. Reilly and her staff at Aurora Hills Animal Hospital was extremely disappointing. Though the staff was great and provided excellent customer service. I paid a total of a little over $500 within a matter of two days only to be sent home twice and told my dog just had "a bad stomach bug." Not only was my baby (because as many dog owners can relate they are our family, our "babies") given useless medication and extra stuff that was very costly, but, the very serious issues he was having were deemed by Dr.... read more
My youngest kitty was in a serious accident when he was a kitten. He needed a major surgery to save his life. Dr. Reilly performed this surgery and he is doing Fantastic. I would not want any other doctor to care for my critters.
Only interested on money, no true or genuine care for your dog. After an estimate for dentistry work they insisted it would be higher.
