One of the receptionists is extremely rude, confrontational and disrespectful. The rest of the place is great.
Great counselors and staff. Life changing for the better. True it’s difficult to make appointment at first, and to stay in the system if you miss. Stay on the line, don’t give up. Once you are in you will he helped.
They might have good counselors and psychiatrists, but their support staff do not document appropriately and I have to call multiple times to get things done. Accessing mental health providers should not be this difficult.
I've been calling for 3 days to make an appointment was on hold for hours nobody ever picked up. I still don't haven't be able to make an appointment.
