I had a 1030 appointment checked in by 1025 was sitting in exam room for a hour i went to front desk to informed that ive been waiting and no one has came in nor said anything to me then the receptionist then goes to check and i can hear them laughing still after 10mins. Receptionist never came back out i paid my co pay and didnt get any services this is unacceptable in the health care the appointment was only a consultation i will be requesting different location for my rescheduling and a more reputable physician for my car... read more
No privacy when checking in, staff escalate things quickly and make things exceptionally worse instead of having empathy and listening skills. No respect for health and well-being at all
