I am extremely frustrated with my experience trying to see John Christianson. I scheduled my initial appointment six months in advance, only to have it rescheduled a few days before the appointment. friendly helpful staff, short wait times, effective care and future care planning. very open to patient input which is not somthing im used to at Drs offices. anytime there has been an issue (which was one single time) it was fixed same day. ive been going to this location for 15 years, and will stay at aurora. the pharmacy is also great, awesome staff who are also very professional and friendly.

I have been a patient of Aurora for years, especially this clinic. For the past 10 months, I have been throwing up every single morning. I have horrible stomach pains, and a very bad ankle they just keep telling me “doesn’t show anything on the X-rays”. Very unprofessional, always feel rushed, putting me a meds that I don't even need to be on, I go in there for sinuses and fluid build up in the head and ear and no one seems to know what to do, was the three different doctors there and all the same thing will be switching over to somebody else for a different care provider
