I went to Aurora for asthma related cough. They were way more concerned to get paid for the visit than any actual relief from my symptoms. Worse Aurora does not allow you to call the Two Rivers clinic directly to the point if you want any communication you have to physically go there. Thats ridiculous of Aurora. I am so angry. Worse care ever!!!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience trying to see John Christianson. I scheduled my initial appointment six months in advance, only to have it rescheduled a few days before the appointment. The second appointment was also rescheduled with short notice. Today was the third time, and this time the appointment was canceled just one hour before I was supposed to be seen. friendly helpful staff, short wait times, effective care and future care planning. very open to patient input which is not somthing im used to at Drs offices. anytime there has been an issue (which was one single time) it was fixed same day. ive been going to this location for 15 years, and will stay at aurora. the pharmacy is also great, awesome staff who are also very professional and friendly.
