I honestly don't leave bad reviews about care facilities and places but if you go here. 9/10 they’ll either put you on antibiotics or just give you a brace and sweep you out the door. It’s disheartening. I feel as thought urgent doesn’t really do much now besides tell you to go see a specialist. It’s sad that urgent care isn’t really doing their job properly anymore. For reference, I’ve been going to Aurora for at least 5 years.
This place is terrible. I know for a fact that it is not ALL AURORA Medical facilities. I love my endocrinologist at another AURORA site but getting Diabetes care at Aurora Sheboygan Clinic was a nightmare since I was diagnosed in 2016. I finally moved to another clinic for a PCP and Green Bay area (and hour away from home) for my endocrinologist. Things have been going so great and my diabetes is even Diet controlled with my current cheerful care team. Good riddance Sheboygan Aurora Clinic!
Aurora is the worst. 3 failed surgeries, nobody listens to anything you say, cancel appointments last minute when you're literally already in the parking lot then make you wait months for another appointment.

Beware!!! Fraudulent billing practices. Watch how they code your bill like a hawk! I came in as an EXISTING patient for a kidney stone. Just a brief office visit and a ct scan. They coded the office visit as a NEW patient. It took very little research to discover it's a common thing they do to defraud the insurance companies and patient out of more money. Apparently there was a 12 million dollar lawsuit against them just a few years ago for doing this. I have to pay over a $1300 which normally would be covered by insurance. ... read more
