Worst experience in absolutely every way. If I was dieing, I would not call or come to this hospital.
Staff is friendly and efficient.
Terrible customer service, receptionists are all rude, and takes 2 days for a strep test when 90 percent of places have then done in 35 mins.
The front staff wasn't friendly or helpful. I was ignored as 3 different people had their back to me and never acknowledged that I was even there. I could go on and on .... Jeremy Wells however had amazing bedside manners and very professionally took care of my issue. If it weren't for him I would rate this location as a 1
