Issue with lab techs being to rough with my infant & refusing to let go of my baby’s tiny little arms, when she was clearly in pain & distressed, when I told her we needed to be done & to take her hands off of my baby too multiple times We love our regular Dr here but this experience is haunting me. If I could give them zero stars I freakin’ would. The receptionists there are some of the most lackluster, disrespectful women I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. There is no urgency or communication across departments. I have been trying to get my grandmother’s prescription filled for over two weeks to avoid her running out. Not only do they say the same thing over and over without actually helping you. They fill the wrong prescription and now she’s completely out. the front desk is always on their phone as you stand there waiting. when they do finally put it down long enough to acknowledge you, they are very rude like you interrupted them. this is probably why you can be on time, even early to your your appointment but won’t be seen until at least 15 minutes after your scheduled time. i will go elsewhere

Stay away. Find a different health provider. I dont have much to say about the actual medical practitioners, but the clerical side of this location is a disaster. Ive had my doctor 30-45 min late to both appointments, my routine lab order not processed, and now the final straw - incorrect OVERBILLING where now to have to spend my time of day to correct their mistakes so I don't get fleeced $700 for a 15min preventative visit WITH INSURANCE. This was my first time using this clinic. I used MyChart to do pre sign in. I answered the questions and provided my insurance card information as well when I was doing the pre check. I entered the building and clicked I’m here on the app. I waited for 15 minutes and then they said u need to register up here. That is what MyChart is for. I used MyChart on several locations and I checked I’m here and I had no problem. They had to reschedule me because I didn’t check in with them. I wasted my time.
