Came in with no appointment trying to get help for a persistent cough after having the flu. I didn't wait more than a few minutes to be seen, though I probably just had good timing as there were no other people waiting. The nurse was very kind and easy to talk to. I saw the doctor only a few minutes after and she was also very kind and helpful. My whole visit including a chest X-ray was about 45 minutes and I had my diagnosis and prescriptions ordered. Please I advise people to find a different Drs office to go to! This place has lack of understanding, no compassion for anyone and they are constantly misdiagnosing patients. Dr. Steven is the absolute worst Doctor I have had any contact with! He came into the room and told me he wasn’t gonna be in there long cause he didn’t want to get sick even tho we both had mask on like wow then why did you become a Dr. He has absolutely no understanding or compassion about his patients! Most of the staff here are unhelpful, lack compassion and dismissive! They only care about charging you . Billing your insurance. They have cause more inconvenience for me as a patient on several urgent care visits. I only returned because the location is convenient but after this incident, I will never return and I will never return or refer a family or friend here. The doctor Mabria Loqman, MD is racist , and dismissive and lies in her notes about patients symptoms and she doesn’t do a complete examination. I checked in fo... read more
