I attempted to establish new care at Aurora because it is closer to where I live. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience I have had with a medical system. I visited Dr. Samuel M. Choi, MD, for a preventive care appointment and clearly stated that it was for preventive purposes. However, he billed me for additional medical issues based on questions he asked during the appointment. I just called and the person who answer she was so rude and disrespectful, when I told her about how poor was her service she hang up on me. Please be aware of the people who is in "customer service" Very dissatisfied
This location with Aurora has gone downhill tremendously! The doctors are short with you and don’t listen to concerns. The front desk check in ladies don’t smile, have no customer service skills and flat out rude! Especially the ladies in internal medicine they need to be fired if they can’t communicate with customers in a friendly Manner
My annual exam has been cancelled three times in a row by this clinic (due to Drs over booking, leaving the practice, etc.) I've never had this issue in my entire life.
