Aurora made a change which routes all calls that are destined for the clinic to a central call center. Since this change it has been almost impossible to get timely responses. You can't even call ahead of an appointment to say you're running late. This is because on average you're placed on hold for over 10 minutes. This is an absolute ridiculous change to just having the call go directly to the front desk of the clinic.
