I was there today to get some blood work done. Iv been going there to have blood work done ones a week.for the last 6 months.everthing was good up unit today. The Receptionist that took care of me at the front desk was not friendly un Professional And rude to me. This was the frist time that she had help me.at the front desk The other receptionists that usually help me were always nice Polite and professional to me
Had a referral to see a neurology doctor. Was told they would call me to schedule an appointment. I Finally called after a week of no call back and was told to call another number to make my appointment. I called the new number and was told the other clinic was supposed to make the appointment. But the lady asked what the appointment was for and was told the Doctor doesn't do that type of appointment anymore. The clinic at 9000 Sura ln should have told me that a week ago.
