Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. Tried getting an appt with the OB while I was pregnant. They finally gave me an appt after calling every day for two weeks. I waited over 30 minutes past my appt time to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was EXTREMELY rude and hostile. I eventually told her we would not be a good fit for throughout my pregnancy. NEVER go to Aurora. If you need OB care for your pregnancy go to Freodert instead.
It's impossible to find your doctor's office if there isn't someone there to help you. The way finding screen shows the directory, then switches to the map, then switches to a third screen and then cycles again. You could be standing there for a few minutes until you wait for all the right screens which is really hard to do when disabled. I've made a formal complaint about this and they've done nothing. I think it's a really bad sign when a medical facility isn't disabled friendly.
Recently relocated to the area and am establishing a new primary care physician. I saw Dr Zimmerman today and she was fantastic. I know she read past providers notes including one I’ve only seen one time. That past visit needed be addressed asap. She made the time to due an additional exam with me that she was not expecting to do. Before I left the office I was getting texts from CVS that my prescription refills were being processed. Gayllagos is the worst. Won't even refill my important meds.
I have to say I found the absolute best doctor here, and the rest of the staff always so friendly! Doctor Staley I recommend to anyone! He deserves way more than 5 stars.. I recently had surgery and I'm so thankful I had him to do it for me! He is the best!
