As with everywhere, it seems, usually quite a wait to see someone specific and most doctors want to get through appointments quickly.
Had a lab appointment set for Monday, Dr. said she put in the order. They called me due to the weather and asked to reschedule. I did so for Tuesday. Being the ONLY Aurora clinic with reasonable hours (people work until 5), I drove half an hour to get there, just to find out my Dr. never made the order or that it expired. They knew I had an appointment, called to cancel and reschedule, and never mentioned this until I was CHECKED IN WAITING FOR MY TURN.
