Everyone is very nice from the receptionist to the doctor, they make you feel comfortable.
I’ve been a patient at the Aurora clinic on Gateway for many years and have always had good experiences with the doctors and support staff. This specific review is for a woman named Latoya (PSR at the front desk). Latoya is so kind and helpful. I always see her going above and beyond for the patients in the waiting room. Latoya, if you ever read this I want you to know that you make everyone’s experience great and I appreciate you.
Went two separate occasions, once for pink eye and once strep throat. Both times we got Doctor Cholewa, who told us he would not provide antibiotics because “ your body should learn to fight it off on your own”. I am confused as to why a doctor won’t provide antibiotics, and also what’s the point of a doctor just when he says there nothing he can do.
I just saw Dr. Braimah yesterday for the first time. It’s safe to say she is the best doctor I have ever had! She’s so caring and really listened to me.i had such a weight off my shoulders after my appointment. I also think all of the staff and nurses I saw were also just as amazing. So very glad I switched to here. Highly recommend for everybody!
