I was an inpatient there early April and helped greatly. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and caring. However, when I called back for more help with medications after my doctor could not be located after 6 attempts, the staff refused to help me, refused to see me, refused to allow me to see a doctor, and when I told the lady in admitting that she wasn't being very helpful, she hung up on me. Best hospital by far – I was admitted in the hospital on a Sunday and home on Thursday. The ER employees (Breeyn Tadeyeske) were the best. The nurses, doctors all the way to the hospital social worker (Paulette Drankiewicz)! I was treated so very nice by everyone in the hospital. If ever I need to be in the hospital, this is by far the one I will come to. Thank you so much to the 2nd floor staff and the admitting staff, doctors staff and anyone else I forgot to mention. 1 Senza is amazing! I had a Pearl Laser treatment. Dr. Rasi explained everything about the procedure, what to expect before, during, and after my treatment. I followed his instructions to the letter and my skin has never looked better! Love the entire staff so friendly and patient. I recommend Senza to all my friends!
Highly Recommend I went to Dr. Rasi three years ago for dark spots and uneven skin tone on my face. After the treatment I had a noticeable improvement. I definately would recommend Senza medical. I live over 80 miles from there but because I trust Dr. Rasi I would rather travel and hour and a half to visit him over a local medial Center
Wonderful experience. I have had several procedures done by Dr. Rasi, and have sent my daughters to have treatments. He is very honest, and will tell you if he can help you or not. My husband has bags under his eyes and Dr. Rasi told him he really could not help him. I am VERY satisfied with the treatments I have had and plan on having more. My friends say I look years younger after I have a treatment.
billing dept. is horrible to work with – Awful, awful, awful billing. Extremely expensive for a regular office visit. Not worth it.
Do not recommend I was a patient for many years as well, and I believed he was an excellent Dr. and recommended Dr Rosi to everyone. Until he told me he had a new machine CO2 laser that I should try. After the procedure I knew something was very wrong. My skin was seriously damage and injured. The laser went very deep into my skin. After the procedure Dr Rosi was pained to see me and irritated to answer my questions. He and his staff had informed me to seek a second opinion with another doctor???? Unprofessional After having a treatment I have had serious problems with my skin, and have not healed. The treatment has left my skin irritated, with dark pigmentation and wrinkles (that were not there before the treatment). It has left my skin hypersensitive to everything. And above all I cannot go out into the sun (for even shot periods of time). It has been very frustrating and painful experience. An answer to my prayers – I have been suffering from lupus for 15 years. Recently moved to Milwaukee and a co-worker recommended I see Dr Rosler at Milwaukee Rheumatology Center. Apparently he is taking care of my co-worker's father, grandmother, and niece. Never met a most caring physician. I was ready to die from this disease.
