Came in for a doctors visit early. Receptionist took all my info and told them my appointment time. The receptionist said " this is urgent care, they will see you over there" I said "thank you" and sat down. At this point I figured I was checked in and waiting to be seen. She did not explain I had to talk to the other receptionist behind the counter in order to check in. The staff was professional and they did a thorough exam. I found everyone to be pleasant and kind and no one seemed to be in a hurry. They ran several tests on me, including x-rays. I didn’t have to wait long for the results.Overall, I had a good experience.
Do NOT go here for a mammogram. 1st off, they billed me for 4 CPT codes, 1 was doubled. Doctor only ordered 2 CPT. The billing was inaccurate and we went back and forth until they admitted they doubled one CPT codes, but not in an I’m sorry type of way. Now they re-billed insurance and someone I am now being charged double out of pocket. It’s sad you can’t trust doctors anymore, it’s all about money . Audrey katz is the most helpful medical professional I've had in years!! Very explicit on care and consent and very patient. Helpful and explained everything. Every nurse and assistant in the office was so nice to me! Most beneficial obgyn visit I've had in 5 years
