Staff I have interacted with are friendly with the exception of the pharmacists who came off as cold and brusque. However, we have always gotten our prescriptions in a timely manner. On another note, I have two children who receive pediatric care here, and our experience with the pediatrician and staff has been nothing but positive. This chiropractor is Very disorganized with Patients & Disrespectful on all avenues. Check in at 9 am for my 9.15 appointment with a nurse, for a vaccination. 9.40 still nothing. People go in and out, front desk people just chit chatting with each other. I go up, ask how much longer and tell them I will be leaving in a couple of minutes. 2 minutes later they take me back, they apologize because the front people never send the text. 2 minutes later I am done. No apologies from the desk people. Pretty quick with taking your copay, but I guess that's all they do. I did not even see a doctor.
We edited and Google says it’s open Saturday, tried calling to verify…. Nada, went there ….closed…. Though5 maybe it was only during the pandemic… but nope 3 years later, still not updated.
They literally don’t answer phones. This needs to change asap. Disabled people shouldn’t have to physically go there to tell them their prescription dosage for diabetes medication that is necessary to live. I would give them zero if I could. ZERO Then I get treated like I’m non compliant because I’m not responding to messages
