I had an incredibly uncomfortable imaging test needed that my physician put in orders for, and I cannot speak highly enough of this visit here. Do NOT go here for a mammogram. 1st off the billed me for 3 CPT codes, 1 they did 2 times. Doctor only order 2 CPT. The billing was inaccurate and went back and forth until they admitted but not in an I’m sorry type of way. Now they re-billed and someone I am being charged double out of pocket. I am so sad you can’t truth doctors anyone. Hard to find someone who genuinely cares about people. They just see it as a check and can care less. It’s all very fraudulent. Every area is good except for the staff that runs Dr. Cassidy's Clinic. I loved Dr. Cassidy, but the staff is unprofessional and rude. They also need retraining as they couldn't follow simple questions and directions of what was asked of them.
Unethical. This dumpy clinic bills their physical therapy like it’s a hospital setting. What should have been covered by PPO is instead $700 an hour! For stretching! Go anywhere else.
