Who ever answers the phone there is rather scattered, doesn't really listen, and is kind of rude. Got it all correct finally, I hope, just had to repeat myself several times and really made it much harder than it needed to be. Now I understand it might not be the easiest job but what happened to simple customer service? I guess could just be a little less forceful and maybe more friendly. Life's just to short. Relax please is my simple suggestion, if that's not too much to ask.
I live nearby and have tried so hard to find good things to share, but my experience with Aurora WFB over the last 2-3 years has been awful. I’m generally very healthy and maybe visit a doctor once/year, mostly for an annual physical. The lady on the phone should be removed , I couldn’t continue scheduling an appointment because of her treatment I hung up!
All our family have been using Aurora Whitefish Bay Laboratory for all our lab needs for 10+ years, and we used to have our primary care doctor there too, before - unfortunately for us - he got retired. All our experiences with the clinic were excellent. The reception staff is always very helpful and very nice - both on the phone, and in person.
