I am so grateful for the medical team at Aurora! My 9 y/o daughter had an emergency cough and fever and they got her right in. NP Sarah & Dr. Kim were both wonderful with my daughter, and made things easy for me. There was an issue with getting my daughter's medical equipment, and Cathy came through like an angel incarnate to make sure my daughter could receive her equipment and medical treatment. So grateful for everyone there! - a tired & happy mom
I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been kind and professional, including front desk/registration folks. Dr. Kim is a great clinician, the phlebotomist does a great job, lab turnaround time is fast and I’ve never waited long for an appointment. No idea why the reviews are so negative.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, Veronica went out of her way to help me get all of my medical documents in order!
