I’ve been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been kind and professional, including front desk/registration folks. Dr. Kim is a great clinician, the phlebotomist does a great job, lab turnaround time is fast and I’ve never waited long for an appointment. No idea why the reviews are so negative.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, Veronica went out of her way to help me get all of my medical documents in order!
Best doctor in the world
Who ever answers the phone there is rather scattered, doesn't really listen, and is kind of rude. Got it all correct finally, I hope, just had to repeat myself several times and really made it much harder than it needed to be. Now I understand it might not be the easiest job but what happened to simple customer service? I guess could just be a little less forceful and maybe more friendly. Life's just to short. Relax please is my simple suggestion, if that's not too much to ask.
I live nearby and have tried so hard to find good things to share, but my experience with Aurora WFB over the last 2-3 years has been awful. I’m generally very healthy and maybe visit a doctor once/year, mostly for an annual physical.
