Staff was friendly, but the billing is shady. I scheduled for an annual physical in April for an appointment in Oct. 2 weeks prior they said the doctor took off and asked if it was acceptable to see a nurse practitioner. I got charged for an outpatient visit, which then insurance won't cover...... Pretty much the same story as the review below by Brandon Pollack. Updated to 3(s): Called the office and they updated billing to the correct codes.
Am so pleased with my care @Aurora Healthcare Ctr in Richfield/Hubertus. The staff is friendly & efficient. And my NP Cari Duffy-Sebero is fabulous!!! Thank you to her, lab personnel, MA, & reception. GREAT WORK by all.
I have been very happy with my care at Aurora! I’ve seen providers and nurses in many departments and they’ve all been professional, thorough and kind. This health system is much more efficient than others I’ve experienced (in IL and PA). I recommend Aurora!
