I have been very happy with my care at Aurora! I’ve seen providers and nurses in many departments and they’ve all been professional, thorough and kind. This health system is much more efficient than others I’ve experienced (in IL and PA). I recommend Aurora!
Very Rude And non Hippa compliant doctors

The staff and doctor were friendly. But...I went there specifically for a physical (100% covered by my insurance). When prompted, I brought up a couple health concerns that were discussed and checked totaling an extra 5-10 minutes. They ended up billing me an extra $389 for a separate office visit on top of the physical without even mentioning it! This is not covered by insurance so it comes out of my pocket.
