Tried setting up a payment plan, and person was kind of rude. She was not friendly. I told her I could pay $75/month on a $500 bill. I explained that I had other larger medical coming from om them and that I needed to balance it out so I could make all payments. She told me was not possible. Keep in mind I have paying them thousands of dollars a year and always have them paid off by years end. Now they will not be getting any money and they can waste their money paying a collection agency.
RecommendedThe doctors here are caring, compassionate, and have an extreme amount of empathy. They do whatever is needed to help.
I made an online appt and still had to wait over an hour once I arrived. The really infuriating aspect was that several walk-ins were seen before me...including one who was listed after me on the patient board.
