Made an online appointment to get a flu shot. Fast and easy.
Continued turnover of doctors. Doctors leaving with no notification from administration. Refusal to refill medications between doctors including medications that cause withdrawal. Lack of empathy, communication, and continuation of care.
Really, really poorly run. I'm sympathetic to when an employee leaves on short notice, but this location has botched that hand off in every way manageable - Failure to notify, cutting off access to meds, canceling appointments AND followups, the list goes on. I have family members who still havent technically been notified that their doctor changed (we shared one) and he's been gone for at least 3 weeks (which is when I initially learned through my wife. I have been very happy with the care I have received at Advocate Health/Aurora Muskego. Dr Dudor is my primary. My husband now sees him also. My daughter is under the care of Dr. Kleppin. Our needs are addressed promptly & professionally.
