This has nothing to do with the clinic but I had xrays done there last Friday and they still weren't read by a radiologist almost a week later and I have an appointment with the provider that ordered them tomorrow, a week later. I find this unacceptable because I will probably need surgery .

Horrible experience. Was told by Aurora scheduling person on phone that I could walk in for a blood draw until 5pm. I drove to Muskego to get the lab test. I arrived at the desk at 4:31. Front desk person was rude and seemed to take particular joy telling me that the lab closed at 4:30. I told her it was only one minute past and that the Aurora scheduling person had specifically told me to drive to Muskego to get the test done She said that didn’t matter. Made an online appointment to get a flu shot. Fast and easy.

Continued turnover of doctors. Doctors leaving with no notification from administration. Refusal to refill medications between doctors including medications that cause withdrawal. Lack of empathy, communication, and continuation of care.
