i desperately needed Erica for deep depression and anxiety from an extraordinary event. True suffering. However, she refused immediate care but just pushed me off to another day sometime after the full weekend. If she has any power at Aurora, she should have acted. But, apparently she has no power, or, does not care. I know for sure that Aurora is a corporate entity that cares about only one thing, PROFITS.
