It’s a rip off. I had a treatment that supposed to cost under 200$ and I received a bill for 945$. Make sure that you get a statement that shows the cost of the treatment before you see the doctor. I called and asked for the cost of treatment before I made an appointment and they gave me the price as 150-200$. Later They denied that they told me the treatment would cost only 150$ - 200$ on the phone. And I and up 945$ bill. After me calling and filing complaints they gave me only 75$ discount. 👎

Absolutely terrible service here. The only service they seem competent at is increasing your bill. I made an appointment with Dr. Krukowski. He was rude and essentially forced me to go to the ER when it was not at all necessary. And for an unnecessary trip I’m charged over 2k, a bill aurora time and time again has proved to me they will not lower for any reason. Thanks for the help. Snarky and condescending attitudes over the phone. Aurora has left me feeling worse than better many times. Also whats the point of having a primary doctor when they are never there. The obgyn part of the hospital is a joke aswell, how are you able to prescribe me medication ive never taken before without even seeing me and talking to me directly about the issues I'm having? God awe full. Came into the emergency room late at night with my significant other and “they are not excepting visitors at this time”. Mind you were where just here not to long ago and I was able to be in the same room with my significant. She is having an anxiety attack alone in her room while I’m in the parking lot upset that I can’t go in there and calm her down. Please change that policy sometime in the future. No one should ever have to be alone in there room, in the emergency room.

I had to change primary doctors due to moving, and I was extremely happy with how the doctors listened to me and helped me out. Not every doctor will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of but Theresa Hewitt was a nice change of pace in that regard. The nurses were also nice and helpful!
