Can't stress how much of a positive impact this facility, staff and Doctors have had in my life. They listen, they're caring and they absolutely make you feel as if they're making it your health top priority. I would recommend this facility to just about anybody needing a primary Health Physician.
This has been my doctor's office for over 20 years. I started with AJ Capelli and transitioned to Linda Weiss NP until she retired now I see Mark. I love the staff here! My entire family goes to this office. They are attentive and caring and I am very grateful to have them as my physicians.
I love coming to this location because of how quick labs are done , but jeez can I say the front receptionists over the phone are AWFUL. who hired these Receptionists? No lack of costumer etiquette
The woman on the phone is completely rude and unprofessional. This location has always had good doctors but everyone behind the desk (besides Ramona) has complete AWFUL service.
My experiences with Aurora doctors have been deeply disappointing. It feels like healthcare has been reduced to an assembly line, where patients are rushed through appointments and treated as mere numbers. Instead of focusing on finding and addressing the root cause of my health issues, doctors seem to simply 'throw pills' at problems, prioritizing quick fixes over long-term solutions.
