First visit with Dr. Aurora Gonzalez today. Had a good experience, Busy office but staff was friendly and very efficient. Dr. Gonzalez was attentive, patient and thorough. Would definitely recommend
My appointment was booked for a month out. Then I got a notification that it was canceled. No explanation! When I tried to book another appointment it was another month and a half out. It is obvious for health reasons I am trying to book an appointment but now I am force to find another provider.
Very bad attention I had my appointment at 11:00am I arrived at the place at 10:40am it was 12:10 and I was still waiting for my turn to be attended
Love the doctors dislike the waiting time . This is the 3rd time I come to an appointment and I’m having to wait from 1h30 -2hrs . I drove out , make time out of my day and if these appointments are never on time . I can understand 10-15 delay but this is truly unacceptable. Stop overbooking or make changes because honestly this is truly sad . 2025-2026 have been the worst ever , never had this happen before .
I have seen Dr. Vo and Dr. Huynh here and they are amazing doctors. I recently moved to the area and these are the best OBGYN I’ve ever had. Dr. Vo did an amazing job on my C-section delivery. However, the office staff has been so incredibly rude to me and inconsistent on the data that they tell me and then get mad and condescending when you ask them any questions. They ruin the office.
