Today was my first visit at this location, everyone is so friendly and informative as well as reassuring. I will make sure this location becomes my primary dental care provider.
So fast, polite and kind. I was nervous about going to the dentist. I had a bad experience in the past with destists that scrape and cause pain. This destists was so gentle and understanding. I really appreciated that and feel much more confident going back in 6 months! Hooray!
My son was called in for hos appointment immediately. The girls at the front desk are always polite, professional and happy.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my tooth pulled so my son who is a customer at first family dental recommended me to try them and I am glad I did.The staff is wonderful and of course the Dentist is to I was X-ray counsel informed of my options tooth pulled with little to no pain and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Everyone there is amazing! The receptionist, dental assistant, and my dentist are some of the sweetest people I’ve met and make the experience very comfortable. Checking in and out is quick & easy, any visits or procedures I’ve had have gone very well and they are always checking to make sure I’m doing okay during. I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist but I’m glad I found this office a few years ago and plan to stay with them for years to come.
I called the dental office because I had a lot of pain in my lower right teeth. The receptionist said I could come immediately and they would fit me in between some scheduled appointments. I arrived 30 minutes later and waited about 5 minutes before I was in the chair, x-rayed, and told that it was my wisdom tooth. The doctor offered extraction right there and then, but I made an appointment for two days later, since I had to go back to work. 1st Family Dental is conveniently located. Make appointments is easy to do. The staff is friendly and does good work. We have been pleased all the years we have used their services.
