Absolutely the worst clinic in Wisconsin. Receiving staff is extremely short and rude most of the time and last time I was there had to wait an hour and a half before I finally left as no one had come to check on me yet. Left without getting any help, went to another clinic and taken care of instantly
Katie K is amazing. Like really amazing. The nurse I had was really happy and nice too I can’t remember her name tho as I’m like super sick. But Katie you are a super hero just your hand on ppls shoulders makes them feel better. Please don’t ever stop being you.
Two $407 bills for the same day. 1st was for wife w/ strep throat. Wonderful that she saw the dx for 2 mins in order to get an $11 bottle of antibiotics. 2nd was because later that same day, son had same symptoms and Aurora wouldnt do it online or on phone (for their $39 fee) as they wanted to see him in person. Didnt even bother to test him. Looked at him and in 30 seconds said "yeah you were right. it looks like strep." Went for a walk-in visit. $393 charge for a 5 minute doctor visit. Reasonably quick. Dr. Michael Tye is very knowledgeable. 5 stars for Dr. Tye, 0 stars for billing.
I reserved a “spot” using their online app three hours in advance, as I noticed they had a lengthy wait time. As I arrived at the clinic I received a notification that my original appointment was delayed by 30 minutes. It is now 1 hour past my original time slot and I still haven’t been seen. On top of that I have an additional wait time of 21-51 minutes. What a joke
