I’ve been going here a few years and everything has been fine. However, the woman that answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. You should never make a patient feel as though they are disrupting you by calling and she also argued with me so unprofessional *UPDATE* This woman is still being allowed to answer phones, and is still being rude to patients.

Update: I’ll be changing me and my kids doctor. We’ll never step foot in this location again. They gave my baby a vaccination against my wishes! And when I called to speak to them about it and told them that his social skills were not the same as they were prior to that vaccine, they had the same incompetent nurse KATIE call my phone and tell me that my baby could be facing a stroke to get to the ER. I find you Aurora clinic I go to and Dr Nolan the best place to go for medical care I love the Menomonee falls clinic for emergencies but I will go to Dr Nolan anywhere she moves I will follow her she is awesome and so is her staff
