My overall dental experience was exceptional. The facility was immaculate, and the staff were courteous. It was my first visit to this Dental Clinic, and the doctor made me feel as if I had been a longstanding patient. The receptionist and the staff member who performed the cleaning and took photographs of my teeth each contributed to making my first experience a memorable and heartfelt one. I am looking forward to being back there for future work.

After having a bad experience with my last dentist's office I am so relieved to be a client with Aurora Family Dentistry now. Steven and the rest of the team at the front desk always make me feel welcome and answer all my questions for me. My Dental Hygienist is kind and personable and always makes me smile through my visit. I had a great experience with Dr. Choi specifically. I have nothing but good to say about my experience. I wish I remembered the hygienist name but the was the friendliest one I ever had. She made sure I was comfortable and handled the cleaning quickly and efficiently. I hope I get her again. Kudos to her.

First time having dental work done at Aurora, it was a good experience. The staff were Very professional and helpful. Dr. Ersland and his assistant put me at ease and had very positive responses to any concerns or nerves I had. I would definitely recommend Aurora Dentistry.

I am not a fan dentist having grown up in bush/rural AK. I had my first TWO crowns and let me tell you, the angst and anticipation far outweighed (not in a good way) and lasted longer the actual procedure! Dr Ersland and his assistant are top notch! I didn’t feel a thing and during the process or the day after. I even got done early! Kudos to Aurora Family Dentistry and the staff!
