If I’m being honest I don’t like this staff they just blocked me and didn’t even tell me why I can’t attend their counseling services anymore I never got in any fights with them or anything just really confusing on why I a 15 year old have more maturity than them but I did rlly love my therapist she was great just every one else
Absolutely horrible place. Zero customer service skills never answers their phone and counseling is something you get out of a quarter machine. Counselor Anna is absolutely horrible with zero skills and talks to you like a child offering zero advice that's worth a penny. Zero Stars, not one, zero
Unprofessional and unethical, my child will never be allowed there again Luckily we have a great therapist (in another state as we moved) whom he loves now who is supportive and compassionate as well as conserved for his well-being!
I have anger management class a womens group.. with Anna she is such a nice lady hopefully I can go to her in the future . because I have anxiety and I have went to numerous therapist for it .. they didn't really care. she seems like she's very caring but I am going to her for Anger Management she does A awesome job
Lady who calls back regarding voicemails is very rude. Gives no answers I am multiple states away and she stonewalled me could barely get the reason out as to why I was calling it was clear she felt she had more important things to do. She called me at 12:36PM 4/22 so whoever is working those hours should be evaluated on their job performance.
