Peggy the nurse and the doctor my son had was so kind and helpful. I thank them so much for helping me and Jd! Very nice people at the front desk too, great care!
Their phone service SUCKS!!! Getting to a Dr, Nurse, or to check on one of your family members who is in the Er is ridiculous.. everything is routed through an operator who doesn't know anything.. instead of a direct number to our Dr, Nurse, Er, etc.. it's very aggravating and frustrating and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks your phone system sucks..
We recently had to take our daughter to the ER due to some issues breathing. We saw Dr. Jane Reid and unfortunately she was the worst Dr. I’ve ever had. Shortly after we arrived and she examined my daughter I asked what we were dealing with. Her answer was, “well she’s pretty sick”. That’s it. No further explanation. Dr. Reid did look In her ears and diagnose an ear infection which it turned out was wrong. To be kind ....this is one experience out of many. Love my Primary Care Provider & other services. ...just NOT the ER. Came in with painful MRSA boils on head (have previously had bought with this years ago, so I knew what it was right away. As soon as I mentioned Methicillin Resistant Staff Abscess, they showed fear. Didn't care to touch me ...never took a culture...just prescribed antibiotics & sent on my way. WELL IT SPREAD!
