At first Dr Parisa was very polite but by the time she finished my skin check I left confused and the receptionist was quite rude I was referred to see her for a skin check. My doctor said she's one of the most personable and caring doctors who speaks to you like a human. However, my experience yesterday was very mixed due to her lack of professional etiquette. Consultation felt rushed. I wasn’t even sure what treatment I was getting and there were no instructions on what to do afterwards etc or options for what the treatment was etc. I wasn’t even sure booked for the treatment without knowing what I signed up for hence I backed out in getting laser on my face for a scar bit was still charged for the blocked time. I felt like a number and not a returning patient. I was very disappointed.
