10/10 experience! Dr Parisa is so nice and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable discussing my skin concerns. Ayreen has been super kind and helpful as well throughout the whole process and the receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming! I’m so happy with my skin so far!! Truly such an incredible team, I highly recommend 🤍
Unfortunately Dr Parisa is not qualified in what she does and is extremely unkind and unprofessional. Like all the other reviews, she only spent five minutes with me and gave me the wrong prescription. I think she has become far too comfortable writing out generic scripts rather than assessing each individual and their medical history. Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this dermatologist for more than a year specifically because her profile claimed a special interest/expertise in hair loss and alopecia. Despite repeatedly telling her that my frontal hair loss was continuing and minoxidil was not helping, the only approach was to keep increasing the dose. At my recent appointment, after eight months, she again told me, “I think you haven’t got worse.” I know my own hair, see myself every day and have photos clearly showing the progression. I have been coming to Aura Dermatology for several years for both medical and cosmetic treatments and highly recommend the practice. Dr Parisa is an exceptional dermatologist—knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely caring when treating medical conditions. Noor is a wonderful nurse: skilled, warm and thoughtful, with a natural and never sales-driven approach to cosmetic treatments. I have always felt I am in very capable hands.
I have done 3 sessions of CO2 laser for my atrophic acne scars and Nurse Noor has done a great and thorough job. Definitely saw improvement
