I’m a indigenous woman she was rude and never understood a word she said She doesn’t care about client just the money and her treatments didn’t work at all I had a very personal problem that needed treatment which she didn’t seem to care As a pregnant woman this was horrible experience and put more stress on me An an pregnant indigenous woman I don’t recommend her to any Australian

Visited Dr Parisa for a consultation and was extremely disappointed by how unprofessional the experience was. The appointment lasted barely five minutes and felt rushed from the start. Parisa did not take the time to listen to my concerns or explain anything properly. When I politely asked for clarification, she sighed and told me she had already explained, which felt dismissive. Saw Dr Parisa for a skin consultation and was left quite disappointed. The appointment felt rushed — I was only able to raise one or two concerns before being told we were out of time. My questions were met with dismissive responses, and I felt talked down to. Phototherapy, which is part of their business, was pushed as my treatment option despite it not being suitable for my lifestyle or needs. For $350, I expected a more respectful and patient-focused consultation. Won’t be returning.
