I had my second, and my last, appointment here today. I left feeling quite stressed after feeling lectured to, dismissed, condescended to, and not given the opportunity to ask questions (I did have some related to a recent diagnostic test). I did get to ask one question and felt that the response was focused on only one aspect of my recommended care. Dr. Yang has been my husband's doctor for almost 3 years now. He is great to work with, listens to our concerns and spends as much time as needed to answer our questions during my husband's hospital stays. Thank you!!!
Very knowledgeable and courteous
First, it seems the doctor doesn't truly care. Always in a rush. It's a pain to get a hold of this place. On top of not getting a hold of them, they didn't send my order for the first test I needed until almost two weeks late and if i didnt call to check on it it just wouldnt have been sent. Then they screwed up my medications. And talk about a waiting game for anything. You'd think a specialist would be better.
Was recently hospitalized and seen by two of their doctors. Impressed with their caring attitudes and suggestions for future care. Looking forward to getting on board with the Barostim to help my heart out. Really appreciated the suggestion.
