I wish I could give negative stars! Do not go to this place! They are total crooks and scam artists! They will tell you all kinds of work you need to have done that is totally made up and none of it is covered by insurance! Run the other direction and try to find someone who is honest and ethical, which these people are definitely not!

I experienced horrible customer service from this office. After being a customer for years, getting thousands of dollars worth of work done, and then finally saving up enough to do "Spark" aligners, my last appointment to get my night-time retainer was cancelled multiple times AFTER I was on my way to my appointment (no advanced notice given - the first time I could forgive because Dr. Tesar was sick; she apologetically left the office as I walked in, but the second time was because my retainer hadn't arrived and they decide... read more
