I can’t even give this facility a one! They overcharge your insurance provider and expect you to pay for balance for services that they didn’t even do on the date of your appointment. They’ve had 4 separate calls from my insurance company stating they have been paid in full by my insurance provider and no balance due from me as a patient but Aurora Dental from Winter Haven is not following through. Not trustworthy!
Good experience at Aurora dental. I have been anxious about dentist visits all my life, but my experience at Aurora dental in Winter Haven was completely different. Christine 1 at the front desk was welcoming and reassuring and met me with a smile. Dr Lopez and Christine 2 were kind, patient, and understanding.
