The office staff is the BEST, Diana, called my insurance to find out what my portion would be before making my appointment. She got me in the next day, Dr. Parkinson is an AMAZING ORAL SURGEON! He took the time to explain EVERYTHING he was doing. Nothing hurt!!! A bit of heavy bleeding ( was told this would happen) then everything calmed down within 3 hours of the procedure. I would give 1 star but the Dr was great. I've ongoing problems with billing issues for over a year due to staff providing incorrect billing information and billing mailing address to my insurance then threatened to send my account to collections for THEIR MISTAKES on numerous occasions. My insurance has also tried contacting them to resolve the matter but went ignored. They have been rude and unhelpful.
IF I CAN GIVE THIS A ZERO STAR I WOULD! Young DENTAL CARE REFERRED ME… This was a terrible appointment. THIS APPOINTMENT TRAUMATIZED AGAIN FOR DENTIST! They rushed me and the staff was rude! They made me pay $800 after checking me in and getting me in chair while prepping for my right top and bottom wisdom extraction with a clipboard and a billing contract knowing this was an emergency dental appointment that I was referrred. My dentist Dr. Anthony Gliorioso recommended Dr. Perkinson and I couldnt be more thankful. Dr. Perkinson and his assistant Lisa came in on a Saturday morning to treat my broken jaw from a bike accident I had the night before. I was so very thankful they gave of their time to treat me. I was treated with such kindness and care. We had called several emergency dental clinics the night before and were told to call back on Monday to make an appointment. The bad reviews for this office says it all. The front desk woman gives off such an attitude, rushes you off the phone, and struggles to answer billing questions. They won’t see you unless you pay everything in advance (our copay was $2200) and then they’ll refund your money back to you after your insurance pays them. It feels icky and like a money hungry office. I will not recommend them to business colleagues, family, or friends.
