My whole family goes to Aurora dental. Doctor Nguyen is do gentle and really cares about his patients. We have been driving out from the Coachella Valley for years. There are some great dentist here in the Valley, but no one like doctor Nguyen. He is honest and very reasonable on his prices. Thanks Aurora Dental for always giving us a great experience and making us feel like the Aurora family.
The staff are very friendly and personable! Dr. Nguyen is an honest and reliable professional. He is gentle with procedures and great at what he does. I've gotten cleaning, fills, and crowns done and always leave happy. I never thought I'd actually look forward to a dentist visit. My parents, sister, and fiance also go to Aurora Dental and are more than content with the work and treatment as well.
I love going to Aurora Dental, DR NGUYEN is very caring, calm and attentive to his patients. The staff is also so amazing 👏 Alondra is very friendly and polite. The office is clean and very well maintained. Appointment are very reasonable. Best office ever. 🥰
Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dentist and all of the staffs are so friendly. Our family always love coming to get our teeth cleaned. So glad we're finally found a good dentist for our family to go to.
I have Guardian dental PPO. I was refused service with a severe tooth ache needing a root canal or at least a crown. I was refused because they have to MAIL IN THE AUTHORIZATION AND WAIT FOR THE INSURANCE RESPONSE BY MAIL!!!!! I was told goodbye and see you in a few weeks, maybe, somehow we will contact you or the insurance will contact you. Who's runs a business like that in this day and age???
