My Moms Name is Maria Pirrone `aurora Dental clinic in Kissimmee Fl 1502 village oak lane is terrible They did a really bad job on my Moms teeth. The front desk lady with the Square head is really nasty to my mom and hangs up the phone on her each time she calls. My Mom called cause a piece on her new teeth broke and she kept on saying she busy this and that. my mom needs a transport cause she don't drive my mom is 77 years old mind u and she gives her a nasty look and talks in Spanish where my mom don't understand. i would ... read more

I was told that my services were not going to be covered by my insurance, and paid them in full. I learned later that my insurance did in fact cover most of the cost, which resulted in a approximate $400 overpayment on my part, and I am now having a hard time getting that amount back. I was first told that they had not received the funds from my insurance company, and then told that they would be sending me a check for the overpayment, and then almost four weeks later, they are now telling me it could take 90 days to process... read more
