Shredder switch will not turn the shredder off after paper goes through it. The only way I can get it to shut off is by unplugging it. Shredder is about one year old. Poorly made product.

Awesome Shredder!!! Keep on grinding. Watch what you shred, there is no going back. It’s gone! It does it job well.
I've never had and service from this place but my Shredder was heavily used and I was told you can put oil on a few pages of paper to keep the blades free of jamming at least once or twice a month... but that was too late and had to throw away my heavy duty Shredder. So, I took a chance and ordered another less expensive one and IT stopped , even when I oiled the Blades.
