We recently bought a new archer gas log fire. The service was above amazing. Ordered on Monday, delivered Thursday to our address. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a really well designed and built gas log fire. The heat output is beyond any other brand we have ever owned.
I had an Archer Gas Log fire installed in 2010. It has operated perfectly for the last 14 years. Best buy I ever made. Great customer service too. I couldn't recommend Archer products more highly plus they are Australian made which to me is most important as supporting another Australian manufacturer with a quality product.

I have two of theses fires in my home. Heat output is amazing and have a very high star rating. Would Highly recommend these Australian made products.
I have a gas fireplace that is an Archer Gas Fireplace. From the manager?owner down I experienced the rudest, humiliating and disgusting customer service I have ever experienced ever. This was a phone call that I made over a year ago to Archer.
