We bought an Archer gas log fire some years ago, paid around 5k for it. Since then, I reckon we have put half of that money back into it in service calls. Fuses, sensors, back or front gas jets won't start or stay on. When it works properly it's a great heater. If you are going to purchase one, make sure you get to know your service technician because you are going to need him on a regular basis.

We recently bought a new archer gas log fire. The service was above amazing. Ordered on Monday, delivered Thursday to our address. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a really well designed and built gas log fire. The heat output is beyond any other brand we have ever owned.

I had an Archer Gas Log fire installed in 2010. It has operated perfectly for the last 14 years. Best buy I ever made. Great customer service too. I couldn't recommend Archer products more highly plus they are Australian made which to me is most important as supporting another Australian manufacturer with a quality product.

I have two of theses fires in my home. Heat output is amazing and have a very high star rating. Would Highly recommend these Australian made products.
