The staff are very friendly, efficient and professional from the receptionist to the Plibotomist to the nurse practitioners to the Onocologist himself (Dr. Shamah) . Been going there for over a year and wouldnt change a thing.
I had an appointment with Dr C Shamah and I felt I was treated like a number not a person. I had open sores under my breast and under my arm? Very painful. The nurses at St Luke’s were the best! Having this illness is scary, enough, Dr Shamah never ask to look at my sores to see if I was healing…he looked at the computer, told me he saw I had sores , my blood pressure was good,said he would see me in 6 months. Didn’t look, didn’t care, just a number, not a person!!
